I currently offer massage sessions in two locations:

Central, LA – Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Baton Rouge, LA – Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Cancellation Policy

At Listen to Your Body, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.

This policy ensures respect for both your time and mine, as well as fairness to other clients who may have needed that appointment slot. I appreciate your understanding and support.
